Paperwork & Background Check Requirements
All firearm purchases, whether you choose to buy firearms or secure them at the best pawn, require completed federal paperwork. This paperwork is valid for 7 days; if the purchase is not completed within that time frame, it must be redone. A background check is required for every firearm purchase and pawn. If a background check is denied, a $50 denial fee applies. Additionally, a valid ID is required, and both the ID and payment method must match. Only the person completing the paperwork may take possession of the firearm.

No Third-Party Transactions
When it comes to buying firearms, you are not permitted to purchase a firearm for someone else. Additionally, you may not pawn or sell a firearm that is not registered in your name. There are no exceptions — the person listed on the paperwork must be the one buying, pawning, or redeeming the firearm. All parties involved must present their IDs. We reserve the right to refuse any firearm sale or transaction for any reason, ensuring we uphold the best pawn practices.
